Scott Parker became a Christian as a teenager while attending a Baptist church in rural Southern Ohio. Later, he spent over 6 years in a "Word Faith" charismatic church as an associate pastor while working in Christian radio.
After listening to CSN (Calvary Satellite Network) for about a year, he became involved with a Calvary Chapel.
Scott was called to the Saint Louis area initially as a CSN station manager in 2001.
Calvary Chapel Festus began under Scott's leadership in January, 2005.
It has been his desire to tell others about Jesus Christ and His amazing love.
He and his wife DeAnna have two sons, Matthew and Benjamin.
